We accept major credit cards and Etsy gift cards.
Candles will be shipped domestically via USPS Priority Mail.
Candles are heavy. We err on the side of initially charging too much for shipping, but will refund any shipping overages over $2.00.
For all international shipping (We are US based), any customs, VAT or duty fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
International packages will ship by USPS First Class International Package Service. This is generally the lowest cost shipping option but it does mean your package can take anywhere from 2- 4 weeks to arrive. If you require faster shipping, please message us before purchasing so we can provide you appropriate shipping options and pricing.

Candles...especially soy candles.... have been known to melt before you want them to. If we're shipping to an especially hot part of the country- we'll send the buyer a note before shipping to see if a faster shipping method may be a better option.
But we can't predict a hot delivery truck, or sitting in the sun on a runway. If your candles arrive in less than perfect condition, let us know. We'll do our best to make it right- either with a replacement or a refund.
Our candles are completely handmade- variations in the texture and look of the wax will vary from candle to candle and do not affect the performance of the candle. This is entirely normal, expected and not considered defects.
We take refunds or exchanges on a case-by-case basis. We do require the product to be returned to our studio before a refund will be issued. Contact us and we'll do our best to ensure you are a happy camper.
All Big White Yeti products are made in our non-smoking but pet friendly studio. Our furry co-workers Alex and Boris are kept away supplies and finished products as much as possible.

If you are sending an order directly to a gift recipient, please let us know in the "Notes to Seller" at checkout. We'll swap out the normal packing slip for a gift receipt that doesn't include prices.
If you would like us to write a handwritten note on the gift receipt, just let us know what to write.
